Founder & Philosophy
FOUNDER & PHILOSOPHY
Andre Van Vuren, was already a successful entrepreneur and businessman when he launched V2 Solutions, Inc. on October 1, 2017. His vision was to build a company that could provide clients with the specialized construction, engineering, technical, facility maintenance, and disaster remediation services they need to operate, maintain, and improve their facilities.
Today, V2 Solutions, Inc. serves as the parent company for three specialized divisions: V2 Construction, V2 Facility Maintenance, and V2 Special Projects. Together, these divisions provide customized solutions for industrial, commercial, medical, and educational facilities, addressing each client's unique needs with a combination of construction expertise, facility services, technical capabilities, and specialized project solutions.
By 2022, V2 Solutions' strategic vision, strong leadership, and continued growth earned the company recognition on the prestigious Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in the United States. This achievement reflects the company's growth and continued commitment to its clients, its people, and the communities it serves. The recognition continues to inspire Andre and his team to strengthen and expand the V2 family of companies with a clear focus on innovation, service, and long-term growth.
Andre believes that continued learning is essential to both individual and organizational growth. He encourages his team to pursue continuing education, stay current with industry developments, and maintain the certifications necessary to provide knowledgeable, professional service. As part of his own commitment to lifelong learning and leadership development, Andre is currently pursuing his MBA.
Beyond his work with V2, Andre has a passion for serving leaders and entrepreneurs in under-resourced countries. From 2014–Present, he served on the Africa Advisory Board at Willow Creek Church, supporting initiatives that funded projects through nonprofit and nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) around the world. He also traveled to Malawi and Zambia, where he met with nonprofit and NGO leaders to better understand the challenges facing their communities.
